How To Make Our Ramen Kit

1 - Garnishes & Prep

Fill a medium sized saucepan with water and start to bring to the boil.

Chop the Spring onion.

Unpack the nori.

2 - Warm The Broth, Cook the Pork

Empty your broth into a medium sized sauce pan a begin to bring to the boil.

In the meantime, use a tablespoon of oil to pan-fry the pork over medium heat until golden brown and hot throughout

3 - Ramen Noodles

Unpack your fresh ramen noodles cook them in boiling water not the broth, making sure to move them around your pot to avoid them to stick.

Cook for 1m 30sec for firm texture, 2m for softer noodles

4 - Serve
