How To Make Our Gyoza From Frozen

1 - Prep

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Place the frozen gyoza flat-side down in the pan.

2 - First Fry

Fry for 2–3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.

3 - Steam

Carefully add 100ml of water (about ½ cup) and cover with a lid.

Steam for 4–5 minutes until the water has evaporated and the filling is cooked through.

4 - Second Fry & Serve

Remove lid and let the bases crisp for another 1–2 minutes before serving.

Best enjoyed with soy sauce, rice vinegar, or chilli oil for dipping.
